THIS WILL TAKE A MINUTE OF YOUR TIME AND WILL SAVE A CREATURE - AND HOPEFULLY REMOVE THIS SO-CALLED 'ARTIST'!!!

Hi all,
this is a very serious matter!.!.!.

In the 2007, the 'artist' Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, took a dog from the street, he tied him to a rope in an art gallery, starving him to death!.

For several days, the 'artist' and the visitors of the exhibition have watched emotionless the shameful 'masterpiece' based on the dog's agony, until eventually he died!.

Does it look like art to you!?

But this is not all !.!.!. the prestigious Visual Arts Biennial of the Central American decided that the 'installation' was actually art, so that Guillermo Vargas Habacuc has been invited to repeat his cruel action for the biennial of 2008!.

Please be informed before you pass on such viral information!.

From the Wikipedia article:
"Juanita Bermúdez, the director of the Códice Gallery, stated that the animal was fed regularly and was only tied up for three hours on one day before it escaped"

The animal did not starve to death, and was not mistreated!. Be informed before you post!.

You can give me the 'thumbs down' all you like!. The facts remain; The dog was not 'starved to death'!. The only website for the artist I found was on Blogspot, which is no proof of ownership (and it all appears to be nothing more than another link to the petition)!. The only 'eyewitness' to the dog's plight (if indeed one did exist) was the gallery owner who has stated that the dog was not mistreated!. We all can wail and cry out "injustice" but when it all comes down to it, we have to lean on the only evidence, the one true eyewitness to the ordeal, the Gallery owner, who has stated that the dog was fed and also that it escaped after one day and was not starved to death in the gallery!. (I would like to believe that someone untied the dog and allowed it to escape, but I have no evidence on which to base such beliefs!. Evidence is the entire base of this debate!. The evidence stands!.)Www@QuestionHome@Com
