Question: Guillermo Vargas starved a dog last year and called it art!. He will do it again this year unless you sign!.!?
In 2007, the "artist" Guillermo Vargas Habacuc took a dog from the street!. He tied him to a rope in an art gallery, starving him to death!. For several days the "artist" and the visitors of the exhibition have watched emotionless the shameful "masterpiece" based on the dog's agony, until he eventually died!.

But thats not all!.!.!.!. the prestigious Visual Arts of the Central American decided that the "installation" was actually art!. So Guillermo Vargas Habacuc has been invited to repeat his cruel action for the biennial of 2008!. Please save an animal!. This is NOT art!. It's cruelty!.

Just please sign the petition!. You will be saving a life!.
I still wish I could of stopped it from happening the first time!.

The dog has been released a long time ago, where did you find this information!?!? it seems that when someone does something beyond what a certain individual believes "normal", it's put through out the entire internet like a disease!. Art has no limits, anyone who has the capacity to create and be commited is considered an artist!. Nobody should depict what an artist is and should be based on only their beliefs, an artist is a risk taker and i respect that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I refuse!. Who are you or anyone to limit art!? If that flies what next!? Will you try to forbode artists to not touch subject matter that is socially unacceptable, therefore stifling creativity, therefore art will one day be a cookie cutter type deal!. which would remove new innovations and concepts!. No one can limit art!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

as far as I've read it this may well turn out to be an urban myth!.

I think volunteering at your local SPCA will accomplish more!.
