Question: How can I get into the porn industry!.!.!.!?

But not as a Porn star!. I would like to go into casting or setting up scenes!. One day being a director!. I plan on finishing college in with a major in Media and Film, but I figured the porn industry would the easiest to start with, since there is lots of competition for internships and jobs in the movie world!.
