use photoshop!. Their is an effect called swirl!. You can do this exactly!.
You control the swirl amount and the radius!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

hi ! this is not easy but u can try this:
1#take a tray & fill it half a way w/ water!.
2#put some oil paints on it>dey shud not
mix
when u have done 3#use a stick or pencil to
wave the color ,color vil b following the pattern !.
4#when u can c ur painting in tray, lightly palce the paper on it
RESULT:u will see ur painting traced on paper!!
