The basic recipe for Liquid White is
equal parts each Titanium White paint, Linseed oil and Thinner (either Turpentine or Mineral Spirits)!.
For slower drying, add more linseed & for faster drying use less oil and more spirits!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

(I should say linseed oil but it is really just that he sold them thinned out)
You can get the same effect with linseed oil anyhow, but it will likely yellow over time!.
I think it is better to but a bit better oil for that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
