Let me say your paving a whole new understanding to the medium realms experienced!.

Just today I travelled to a paint store that wasn't based around Art!. They offer interior and exterior paints!.

You'll need some heavy duty paint,!.!.!.No messing around I must give fair warning to what I geuss!. I paint in "Artistic" acrylic paint normally focused for the function of longevity and canvas, but it is said to only last inside!.

If I were in your situation, sister, I would look for the most industrial strenghth paint, the paint that would put up the most fuss and resistance toward the Nazi nation of Water!. Something that has screaming ACDC sound & power, not to mention, longevity that will battle nature and her never-ending spirit!. Give it HEII, find a paint with the spirit of HeII, so to say!. As an artist, your part warior, you'll be battling the Characters of Earth, so oil is your best companion to man kinds understanding, in my own op!.!. Perhaps bees wax will last long!. Like old cars, designs of history will bring things !.!.!.your paving a whole new understanding to the mediums belonging to the realms I've experienced!.

Hi~ If you're painting a mural (a picture of something like a tree with a bird), you can use any acrylic 'craft' paint or even the paint you use to paint an entire wall (you can also use oil paints but they're expensive for use as a mural and take a LONG time to dry)!.!.!.You don't have to gesso over it!.!.you CAN put a polyurethane finish over it if you want if it's a heavy traffic area and will be rubbed against alot but in all my years of mural painting, I've never had to use a varnish over the mural!.!.!.good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I've done beautiful murals and tromp Ollie with just acrylic paint!.You need to seal it very well and also make sure the surface is prepped properly ( lightly sand and put on a sealer)Www@QuestionHome@Com
