Question: Finding your inspiration/creative side!.!.!.!?
i have recently been under alot of internal stress!. i have a BIG problem with "talking" about stuff!. i have close friends (i am not close with my family at all and do not wish to be!.) i have been looking on the internet about relieving stress and i decided to try visual art!. i used to compose piano and guitar and music parts, but that doesnt seem to work anymore!. i used to write but i am out of stuff for that!. i feel kind of lost in myself these last months and i need to resurface if you catch my drift!.so does anyone have any ideas that i can use throught arts!? i think this might work pretty well!. and i have made some plans to talk to somebody about stress and anger and sadness!. so that is taken care of!. does anyone have any suggestions that i can use to let go and forget thinking and just do somthing!. just paint what i see or just throw some paint at a wall!. and most importantly, how to find a place in my head that i can just let go and do whatever!? thankyou so much!

Buy an A4 art book, (you can find some cheap ones in $2 stores) and either use a pen, or pencil, or coloured pencils and draw your feelings inside that book!. You dont have to just draw images, include words and symbols of how you feel!. It doesnt matter what these symbols are, or if they make any sence what so ever, just draw without thinking!. I find it to be so relaxing and i get all my tensions out onto paper!. The best thing is that you could look back at those images and pictures in a few months and see if you've benifited since then!. Lets say you drew a picture of a moment that you were feeling down, and a few weeks/months on you felt better, by looking at the picture you drew, you can see how a time in your life you felt down, is now replaced by a time that you feel happy!. The best thing too is that its personal, and no one has to see these images!. You may like to use colours that represent how you feel if your not keen on drawing pictures!. Just find a private place, maybe in your room, or at a park or in the garden, where your alone, and draw your heart away!. I really hope that it helps!. Its helped me a lot too through the rough times!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Have you tried meditating!? I really think you should try it not only to relieve stress but it also inspires creativity!. One of the arts that I find relaxing is doing ceramics!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
