Question: Viewfinder light meter help for Canon EOS 7E!?
I bought a Canon EOS 7E 35mm film camera and I know it has a light meter in the viewfinder, but it is not showing up!. I dont know anything about cameras and need help with it!. I want to be able to adjust the shutter speed and F-stop by looking through the viewfinder, NOT by looking at the LCD screen on the top of the camera!. Is there a way to set the viewfinder to show the settings!? I would appreciate ANY help that can be given!. Thanks in advance!Www@QuestionHome@Com

According to the Specifications page on the Canon website
the viewfinder of your camera has:

Shutter speed and aperture indicator LEDs (blinks at 2hz when setting is unusable)!.!.!. exposure compensation scale/manual metering scale!.!. It does show more information but you can read it yourself!.

Time to really READ & STUDY the Owner's Manual for your camera!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Hm!. Troubleshooting section doesn't mention that!. Might be a glitch in the viewfinder display!. If you didn't get a manual with it, you can get it here (three parts):
