it's used on photoshop using the magic wand tool, numerous layers and so on

i could make you a video on how to do it if you wish to show you directly

though there would be variations such as the focus person and patternsWww@QuestionHome@Com

I believe that after the image was selected and cut out of the original photo, a blank layer was made beneath the cutout on which either they did there art in photoshop or they pasted some found art!.

It is really a simple process if you have the right art for the backgroundWww@QuestionHome@Com
