red affect like in photoshop?

Question: Does anyone know how to make this blue/red affect like in photoshop!?

The ideal effect would be to take an image with a red filter on, and then take an image from the same position with a blue filter on!. After, one would layer the images on top of each other!. Things would have naturally shifted a little bit, so you get that overlay feeling!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Looks like the picture was copy to several layers, and then looks like the color difference was adjusted!. Of you could adjust the color C+U and have a red layer, blue layer, etc!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
