Question: How do i draw on a art meme!?!!.!.!?

i dont have photshop so how do i draw on a art meme
should i print it or scan a pic and past it onto the art meme

Well if you can either:
1!. print it and draw/colour it then scan it back onto the computer
OR
2!. you can draw your pictures then scan them and paste them onto the meme

but if you do the second one, then there is the possibility that your pictures wont fit into the spaces on the meme and without photoshop you might not be able to make them smaller
