Physically, yes, boys can sit in front of the television and watch Hannah Montana!. It's not like as soon as they start to watch it, the screen goes blank and says NO BOYS ALLOWED!!!!
Is Hannah Montana a show that was designed with boys in mind!? Probably not!. It has feminine problems and feminine fun, that most girls would like better than most boys!.
But, you shouldn't feel any shame in watching the show if you like it!. You can learn new songs and see how concerts work, if you're that type of person!. There are boys on the show that you can probably relate to!. But if I was boy I wouldn't go running out and buy a Hannah Montana T-shirt, but to each his own way!.
