What does paper look like under water?

Question: What does paper look like under water!?

i'm doing this project in graphic design
i'm trying to have a giant poster on a building
but the building is under water
and the sign is just kind of flowing under water
still attached to the building

if u kno where i might be able to find a picture like this
or examples of
how paper looks like under water
i think paper blowing in the wind might also look the same

but a paper and a poster might also look different
under water

please help anyway u can
i'm open to ideas

I would suggest to get small module of things!. Get a big plastic storage tub and put water in it and put some doll house items in it and see what it does!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would put a ripple on it!. like when you throw a stone in the water, and it ripples out in a circle!. That would make it look more like paper under water, or the fishnet thing that water does in different shades of blue!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
