programs u can use to color like photoshop, that is very mainly among digital designers :) other paint pro but i dont familiar with this one!. how to get tablets u can buy in electronic store!. and if u use photoshop i have trick how to color ur pic without erase the lines sketch!. photoshop u can download the trial but best i suggest u buy the pirate cd ;p!.!.!.its cheaper than original one lol!.!.!.!.!.

trick to color in photoshop(if u dont get it clear pm me) :
make new copy of ur original sketch
make new layer above ur original artwork
then set the layer mode to multiply(try it if it doesnt work tell me)/if it doesnt work, then the sketch layer u should set to multiply mode
colour it in new layer /blank layer u have made!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
