Question: I need an artist that's not MADLY famous to research for my project!.!?

The whole point of the project is to "introduce the class" to an unknown artist!. It doesn't have to be someone completely underground; just not someone that's world famous!. They also have to be a 2D or 3D visual artist -- no musicians!. Painters are preferred!.
This project is due tomorrow and so I am in desperate need of some ideas!. Any would be greatly appreciated, and links to their work/biographies would be even more helpful! Thank you in advance!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Matthew Abbott-photocollage with text, Darren Almond photographer are 2 relatively unknown artists I like very much!. Kerry James Marshall is another!. Hope that helps as none of the are painters strictly speaking even when they do use paint in their workWww@QuestionHome@Com
