Question: How can I identify the letter types used in printed material!?

I'm an English teacher and want to design materials for my students that look similar to the series we are using in class!. This is why I want to know if there is a software or online application I can use to know exactly the letter types (e!.g!. Garamond, sans lucida) the material uses!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
