Question: Need help making an image on my computer!.!.!.!.!?

I want to make an image of a peace sign with sunflowers in the background!.
here is the peace sign:

i want the image to be round, the excat shape of the peace sign, with just the sunflowers showing inside of the white areas of the peace sign!. how do i do this!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
