Changing colors around on a picture?

Question: Changing colors around on a picture!?

I have a picture of my dress for a dance!. It has a ribbon around the waist!. how do i change JUST the color of the ribbon!?

Is there a site I can go onto to change the colors around and stuff!? If i upload my photo!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yeah Its easy in Photoshop!.

First select the place that you wanna Colour with Polygonal lasso tool!. and after that select a new layer and throw the color in it!.

Then go to opacity and make it color

Normal = Color its in layer bar:

And you can clone it also!.

This can be done in Photoshop by making a selection of the ribbon then changing the color by adjusting hue!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
