Question: How to blur edges of a photo!?

i have an example of how i want it to look here it is, it is the picture to the left with the yellow surrounding it

In your Photobucket click on to "Edit" and then on the upper toolbar click on to "Effects"!. You can blur the edges and adjust to the blurness you wish!. That should do it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

all you have to do is upload it on photobucket
once you do that you just edit it and a screen should come up with all different types of neat things you can do to a photo =]
