I am in college and recently started taking up the hobby of drawing!. My attitude is insatiable, i just think the more i'll draw the better I will get, and all i want to do is draw all the time/ once i start i want to keep doing more!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The good news:
Illustration is making a come back!. More and more people are switching from "clip-art" to custom illustrations!. Too much digital generic garbage going around, it's simply time to quit!.
Illustration can go from illustrating instructional manuals to illustrating fashion to illustrating for magazines to comics!.

Bad news:
If you want to make a career out of it, it won't be easy!. The illustration field is extremely competitive!!!! You will need a DARN good portfolio!. (check out workbook!.com to see your competition)

Mediocre/inner-peace news: If you're drawing for youself, then you have no one to please but yourself!. If you are happy with just that, then don't worry about all that other junk I just typed about!. ;)

Simply have FUN with it, and certainly explore different types of medium to draw with!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Keep it up !! creating a picture is one my passion too, but i suck on art!. I try some drawing and i felt that my creation is no good!. So I end up taking architecture course!. So good luck and enjoy your passion!. :=)Www@QuestionHome@Com
