well you could find a local artist to ask paint one for you like the example you gave!.

or you could take a picture of yourself and upload in to http://www!.photobucket!.com edit it > effects > pop art!.
that gives you four tiles of the pictures

then you can crop out just one tile print it your self or save it on a disk and take it to office depot or kinkos and have them make it a larger size!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

To do a self-portrait, you must be the artist!. You can do this by hand, or on a computer!.

If you are not an artist, you can find one through local schools and/or arts organizations!. Be prepared to pay more than $40!. Price varies by area, and size and technique/materials affect price!. If a low price is important, check with local high school art classes for a good student artist!.!.!.!.!.

I can't find a website for her, but 'google' her name and you'll get lots of examples and contact information if you want to commission a piece!.
