maybe you could draw a skull(smiling!) with braces on the teeth

or maybe you could draw an individual tooth with a single bracket on it!.!.!.!.maybe the tooth could be doing something, or it could just be entirely inanimate!. or a whole series of crooked teeth all lined up in columns across your paper with one single tooth amongst all of them with a braces bracket on it!.
