I have a light box for that very purpose!. (and for examining negatives and slides!.) It is a wooden box, with a sheet of translucent (frosted) white plexiglass and a flourescent light fixture inside!.

I can lay down the tracing paper and then the drawing paper on top of that!. In a pinch, you can tape the tracing paper onto a window and lay the drawing paper on top of that!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well shade it underneath the reverse side with pencil and then put it on the normal piece of paper and outline what you drew on the tracing paper!. Their are several techniques of doing things!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Put a piece of transfer paper under it and trace back over your drawing!. It is a paper coated with graphite and the pressure of your pencil will press the graphite onto the final surface!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

These days you might just scan it into the computer and work with it from there or put it on the copier and copy on another piece of paper!.!.!.depending on what you have available!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
