I finished my 8th Std, Now I'm doing a multimedia course which consists of Graphic designing, 2D animation, Editing, 3D animation, Character Modeling, Web Designing, Visual FX etc!. My Parents r no more, Im with my relations (my uncle & aunt) !. My aunt jus says to everyone that im jus doing a computer course, All my relations think as a basic computer course, only I know what im studying, I know the hardness n the toughness of my course n im very much intrested in it !. How to make everyone belive that im doing a multimedia (who does'nt know about computers) I feel very much insulted when they say that !.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You could build up a portfolio of the work you've done - some examples of things that you're particularly proud of - and then you'd have something physical to show people when you're talking to them about your course!. That way, they'd be able to see exactly what sort of things your course involves!. Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Why dont you incorporate both of them into your artwork!. Maybe do a character modeling of them!. Animate them!. They will definitely understand when they see theirself in maybe a cartoon or something created by you!. Additionally, they will be excited to show their friends!. I just got my associates in Graphic Design!.!.!.I know that it is much harder than the "outsiders" perceive it!. So try that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm sorry about your parents!.
And, as for the multimedia course, the only way to make them believe is to have them see it!. Ever hear of the expression, 'You've got to see it to believe it!.'!?
