#7 and #9 are the best because they isolate the subject from the background and also have good compositional elements (placement of subject and balance)!.

You could have improved some of your shots by moving in closer and taking advantage of the repeating pattern in the panels of the balloons!.

the pictures of the balloons in the sky are the best, because on the ground, everything in the foreground is a little distracting and takes away from the subject of the picture(which i am assuming are the balloons themselves)Www@QuestionHome@Com

7, 8, and 9 are my favourites because you haven't got the cars in the picture which makes it crowded!. I love the angle in 8!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
