You can try it in MS Paint!.

If you save it to you're computer, or copy it you can paste it into paint on you're accessories list off o you're start menu!.
If you are talking about a photo morph!.!.!.such as one picture chaging into a completely different one, there is software you can buy or programs online!.!.!.just google it and it will tell you how!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
