Photoshop won't let me do anything else??!?

Question: Photoshop won't let me do anything else!?!?!!?

I've tried everything i can't add anything else to the picture!. it says it does but it really doesn't do anything! I've tried adding a different filter to the pic but it didn't work!. i tried adding a new layer and that still does nothing! please help!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Drag The Layer you have your picture on and drop it on the ''New Layer'' button its on the bottom right of your ''History'' Box
if you do not have one shown on your Screen

go to the top Tabs Where theres
File Edit Image and Layer
and go to Window And then go to History
it will make a copy of the layer!.

You need to give more details!. Take a screenshot of the Photoshop window!. YOu might have way too many layers, or some things are locked!. Try flattening all the layers, copying the image and pasting it in a new file and working from there!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

First use the combine background together object!. Change your pic to RGB!. Now, it should work :)Www@QuestionHome@Com
