Where can I buy a calendar kit?

Question: Where can I buy a calendar kit!?

I want to make a calendar, not using an online service!. Could I just buy the pages and print them myself from my computer!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

There are some kits for this, but thye're getting harder to find!. They are more expensive than using a service like Fedex/Kinkos, because the kits themselves run $15-20 (for just the photo paper and binding) which doesn't include your ink costs!. I still have a few that I bought last year!.
