Not completely dry, but just enough so that it is impossible to shape it, for it crumbles and breaks!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Actually there are a few ways to rehydrate your clay!.

-one add a tiny drop of vegetable oil and mix it into the clay!. I recommend wearing gloves because it can get a bit messy which is why you should only use a teeny tiny bit!.

-Sculpey and most brands of clays sell a clay softener!. It's a clear oil to mix into the clay but only use a teeny amount!. It goes a long way!.

-Try mixing a bit of soft translucent clay into it!. This will add more plasticizer but it might alter the color after baking!.

Hope this helps ^_^Www@QuestionHome@Com
