If you download Picasa (just google Picasa), it is a free software program for your PC that allows you to edit and resize photos!. I have used many editing programs, and Picasa is the simplest and has a lot of options!. If you want something more than that, you can download a program called paint!.net, but it's much more difficult to learn and isn't worth it unless you want a lot of detailed options!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
