using editor, open color image, select all , copy, then paste as new, desaturate to remove color, then select from color pic with lasso tool each colored item copy and paste over b&w image,
or select area with lasso tool, and fill with new color , either with gradient or new layer, and apply transparency,

One basic technique is to start with a color picture and then create a selection around the object to stay colored!. Then invert the selection and remove the color from this inverse selection!.

well it depends on the program you are using!. Most of them go under adjust selected colors,then just adjust them until you reach you desired color!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
