Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: The easiest and beat way to do this is to add PVA Glue to the fabric!.This is quick and easy to do and will serve it's purpose!!Www@QuestionHome@Com depends how stiff you want it, but fabric starch, painting it with glue (e!.g!. elmer's glue) or soaking it in plaster will give it increasing stiffness!. Though plaster will also obscure the textile pattern & color!. Glue may be your best bet!. You could also try out various fabric stiffeners!. But none apart from using plaster or concrete is going to make it rock solid!. Of course you could also carve the fabric out of marble!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com you could try using the resin that they use for fibre glass, I have never tried it but it sounds like that is what you are looking for!. Or you could try spraying it with shellac, not sure if it would be stiff enough, being cloth though!.Www@QuestionHome@Com absolute Starch and nothing else you need to get your hands on someWww@QuestionHome@Com |
