This technique is called 'painting with light'

Experiment with glow sticks too, they can add awesome effects!Www@QuestionHome@Com

um in that picture i really have no idea cuz im thinkng it was maybe photo shoped but idk dont take my word

it does work with sparklers if done right

writing with lights or painting with lights
u can take it in low shutter speed 5+ seconds and using lights
u can use chear laser lights too!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
