Question: How can i make this effect on a picture!?

its the girl with glasess and a hand on her head!.
(she has some sort of rainbow fade down)

It looks like an easy photoshop thing!. A new layer with a gradient fill (they have a default rainbow style) and then set the layer to overlay!. ( You can try different layer styles it'll change the look of the image)Www@QuestionHome@Com
