Again as in the earlier painting you are avoiding the hands and feet!. The position of the model is good !.!.!.it pulls your eye up the body and into the painting!.!.!.play of light again good across the body!.!.!.IF you really want to move this painting or ones similar to the next level you have to create something in the setup that causes the viewer to think beyond the obvious !.!.!.a contrast possibly that forces the viewer to in his or her mind find a reason for the relationship !.!.!.we use our own experiences and understandings to do this !.!.!.the result may not be what the artist intended but never the less it will move each member of an audience to respond in their own way!. As an example what if your model was holding a bible with an outstretched arm under water!.!.!.do you see how the two together under water creates a problem!? It is in the act of trying to understand this that a viewer can be powerfully moved as he brings all of his experiences to bear trying to bring understanding!.!.!.the bible is one of many objects that could have been used !.
