Pictures???

Question: Pictures!?!?!?

Okay so I was always wondering this!.
I've seen pictures where they're all black and white and then one specific spot is color!. Like how do you do that!?

you can do it on photoshop by selecting everything around the rainbow and using a grayscale filter, which leaves the rainbow in color!.

i'm not sure if there's a more "professional" way though!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
