The second one is, merely, a black and white photo!.

The first is not really any special effect!. The girl is wearing a LOT of colors, standing against a pink wall!. The image's colors HAVE been saturated!. This could be done with any color digital image by bumping the brightness and contrast WAY up in something like Photoshop!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
