Well !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.start with construction paper and make thebowl,fish,and all the things you might want it this!. Then take a small strip of construction paper and glue one part to the object you want to pop-out and the other end to the main peice!. and thats all i have!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
