Can you blow up an actual photograph at Wal-Mart or does it need to be loaded on

Question: Can you blow up an actual photograph at Wal-Mart or does it need to be loaded onto something!?

I'm thinking of a picture of my sister and I for mother's day and I want to blow up the picture so it's bigger!. Wal-Mart has a photo center, but do you need it to be saved on to a disc or CD or something like that!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you have a printed copy of the photo then you can scan and blow it up there!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
