Question: I have a really great black and white photo!?

Overall nice picture!. Here my only critiques!.

1) The background!. I like the blurred backgrounds when it has lost almost all semblance of anything!. Yours is just blurry enough to keep drawing my eye back to it wondering what is back there!.

2) And I think that may be because the image is relatively flat!. ie!. most of it is in the middle gray zones!.

I simple adjustment in Photoshop will make the blacks black and the whites white!. This is a common problem with digital in that its exposure range is larger than film!.

To fix: Use Image Adjustment>Levels
Move the Black triangle (the black point to the right)
Move the White triangle (the white point to the left)
Very simple and you should see the image pop a little bit more!.
