Question: How do I do color popping with Photoshop Elements 3!?!?!?
Step by step please!.

Control J for a duplicate layer
Enhance>Adjust color>desaturate
Then use eraser to reveal color area

There is no history brush in Elements 3Www@QuestionHome@Com

Go to "image"on the toolbar and go down to "desaturate", this will make your print B+W, then go to the tools palette and select the "history brush" and then paint over the area that you want to stand out!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
