Question: What are some good programs or software to download!?

for cool photo effects
so far i use gimp and inkscape, though i don't really know how to use the inkscape!.

I haven't found any free photo editors that are very good!. Gimp would be one of the top free ones so if it's not doing what you want you might have to splurge a few bucks!. Adobe Photoshop Elements is serious software at a reasonable price (about $75)!. It has the advantage that you learn the style of the full Photoshop software, so if you get really serious and step up it is in to a familiar environment!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
