Can someone make me a banner to advertise my photography site?

Question: Can someone make me a banner to advertise my photography site!?

I just want it to be a normal sized banner, no more than 400 pixels wide and about 80 high!.

A blue shaded background would be nice with just

I really would like someone with photoshop skills to do it, because a double thin line frame around the edge and a nice shadowed font would be spectacular!. Thanks so much!.
