I think you must decide for yourself, but for me i strongly believe that is art!. A person being recognized allover a city knowing that your art is on display, almost seeing how far you can take it!. Style!.!.!.Style!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Depends on what is painted, and whether or not they had permission!.

But I do consider the message to be more important than permission!. If the attack is done right and the message is correct, there can be times when graffiti can be excused in my mind even if they didn't have permission!.

But those are very select cases, as a rule permission should be there first before I consider it art!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Depends on the content!. Tagging up stuff to mark your area is not art, Doing a piece on the side of a train or underneath an overpass, I would consider that art!. These guys go to great lengths to express themselves!. Its usually not, "lets go graffiti some stuff up"!. Its "I'm doing something tonight that people are going to remember"!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

it really depends!.
if it's just some loser's name spraypainted, eh!. i don't really consider it art!.

When it's on someone else's property, It's Vandalism!. Suppose someone Graffitied your car!. That would cause you to lose value!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
