Question: How do you get cool effects onto a video!? (Such as colour overlay etc) for free!?

I recently saw a handful of videos on youtube, I have WindowsMovieMaker but am looking for something more for free!.

You maybe able to track down limited trials of Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro!. But free!? Not a chance!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
