I started out with books myself, but there are several sites that can teach both basic and advanced techniques!.

The first one has a lot of great basics to get someone started, the middle, more advanced work, coloring, etc!. The last one is a site that sells How To Draw Manga books, but also has lessons on the website!. Good Luck! :)Www@QuestionHome@Com
