I've had to do something like this before!. Just go to the nearest craft store!.!.!. or wal-mart and they usually have just plain white plastic masks that look like that!. While you're there, look at the ribbons and strings, they usually have really fancy ones such as the ones that are around the mask!. I would say hot glue would work the best!. If you don't have a hot glue gun, then you can buy a small one for really really cheap and the glue is also really cheap!. buy some gold paint, acrylic would work the best on plastic, it's pretty cheap too!. They have tons of colors and metallic ones too!. If you want the music notes on it, then I would say just find a picture of some music, like on google images!. If you want it to have that fancy italian look like it is in the pic, then find a picture of sheet music that is old, with a yellowish/brown tint to the paper from aging!. If you are going to do that, then glue the music down first! Use just elmers glue, but use a paint brush to put it on so that it doesn't wrinkle!. Then once that dries coat it with a gloss, like puzzle glue, or just ask someone at the craft store!.
