Hmm!. I'm not sure I'll be able to give you a link, but try printing the photo and taking it to art museums in your area, or finding a contact at a museum who wouldn't mind helping you with your painting question!. They might ask you to send in a copy of the painting, and they might have sources they can ask for an answer, such as the name of the painter and painting!.
