Question: Where can I get professional photo retouching!?

I need to retouch some photos for my daughter's birthday!. professional level I mean!.
I've tried online software e!.g!. slashup, but not what i want!.

http://www!.tucia!.com is another choice for cheap and agile retouch, if your daughter's photo is not a huge RAW image!. tucia accept online photo uploading and it promises to finish the retouch within 24 hrWww@QuestionHome@Com
