When im using gimp or phtoshop i try 2 rwesize a image but instead of 100X100 it

Question: When im using gimp or phtoshop i try 2 rwesize a image but instead of 100X100 it goes 2 147X100!. wat is wrong!?

I don't have Gimp, but it sounds like the program is maintaining the aspect ratio of the original image (The relation of the proportions of the height and length of the original image)!. To undo this, there should be a "maintain aspect ratio" option in the Resize menu window, or something like that that you can uncheck!. In Photoshop you would have to click on the chain image that connects the height and length size to break the relation!. I don't know exactly what it would be or where it is in GIMP!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
